Frank grabbed Billy, bundling him close and kissing wherever he could reach. Before they left on tour, on leave, he could do things like that--be sweet, treat him to things, dote on him. It was in Frank's nature, he'd learned with Maria, and he could absolutely dote on Billy Russo.
