There was some part of him that said to be more cautious. They were both enlisted, Don't Ask Don't Tell was a fucking thing. But they weren't in uniform, and who the fuck was gonna even guess they were soldiers except for their stupid fucking hair cuts? The one Frank definitely wore better than he did. Billy was already trying to grow it out as much as he was allowed.
He nudged his nose against Frank's cheek to try to get him to turn his head.
